Total housing units sold in October were 1,076, just 3 units or -0.27% less than in September. The aggregate sales were $200.2 million, 10% less than the month before. Compared to October 2020, there are 9% less units sold, and the aggregate value is just 1% less.  Existing Housing Units sold in October were 999, 2% more than in September. When compared annually, the existing units sold are 7% fewer, and the total aggregate value 5.2% less. New housing units sold in October were 77, 24% less than in September, and 19% less than in October 2020. The Total aggregate value of these were 15% less than in October 2020.  Accumulated total Units sold in 2021 are 11,174, an increase of 40% when compared to the same period in 2020. When compared with the total accumulated from January to October in 2019, total units sold this year are 20% more.
