New and used housing units sales have been released for July 2021. Total housing units sold were 1,212 for $203,080,412 of aggregated sales. On average, housing units were sold for $167,558.10 each one. Total loans stood at $181,342,617, 4% more than in June and 30% more than in July 2020. Total units sold in July are 1% more than in June and 36% more than in July 2020.

New Housing units sold in July 2021 were 88, an increase of 26% month over month and 24% compared to July 2020. Aggregated sales of new units totaled $16,450,264, 5% more than in June and 20% more than in July 2020. Total loans were $14,630,940, an increase of 10% month over month and 14% compared with June 2020. Accumulated sales from January to July are 590, 26% over the accumulated for the same period in 2020. Accumulated sales for the same period are $135,710,128, 63% over the accumulated in 2020. 

Used Housing units sold in July were 1,124, 12% more than in June and 26% greater than in July 2021. Accumulated from January to July is 7,217, over 77% more than in 2020. Keep in mind that in March 2020, there were restrictions because of the pandemic, and nothing was sold. In July, the total amount of sales is $186,630,148, which is 38% above July 2020 sales. Total loans in July were $166,711,677, 3.8% above June 2021 and 32% above July 2020. Accumulated sales from January to July are $1,269,617,268, 105% above the accumulated in 2020.
